Step 1: The Initial Consultation
It all starts with a conversation. When you first contact us, we’ll discuss your requirements in detail over the phone or via email. We want to understand exactly what you need your dock or platform for.
- What you’ll use it for: Is it for a jet ski, a RIB, multiple boats, or for recreational activities like swimming and kayaking?
- Your Watercraft: We’ll ask about the make, model, and weight of your boat or PWC to ensure the dock is perfectly specified for its needs.

Step 2: The On-Site Survey
For most projects, a detailed site survey is essential. A member of our experienced team will visit your location to assess the specific conditions of your waterfront. During the survey, we will:

- Assess the Seabed/Lakebed: We check the ground conditions to determine the best anchoring and mooring solutions.

Step 3: Workshop Pre-Assembly
Unlike some installers, we carry out the majority of the initial dock construction in our dedicated workshop. This controlled environment allows us to build your dock to the highest standards of quality.
- Quality Control: We can inspect every single cube and connection point before it leaves our premises.
- Efficiency: Pre-assembling sections of your dock in our workshop significantly reduces the time we need to spend on-site, minimising disruption for you.

Step 4: On-Site Installation & Handover
Our professional team will arrive at your location with the pre-assembled dock sections, ready for the final installation. We handle everything:
- Final Assembly: We expertly connect the dock sections in the water.
- Positioning & Mooring: We securely position the dock and install the robust anchoring system determined during our site survey.
- Final Checks: We conduct a thorough final inspection of the entire structure, checking every connection to ensure it meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Handover: Once the installation is complete, we will walk you through the finished project, explain its features, and provide advice on use and care. We only consider the job finished when you are 100% satisfied.
