We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that this policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will provide a refund for the product and the cost of standard delivery.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window.

Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that any bespoke or custom-built docks and platforms made to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For large and heavy items such as docks, platforms, and floats, you will need to arrange for a suitable freight or courier service. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

Please be aware that for change-of-mind returns requested after the initial 14-day statutory cooling-off period (i.e., from day 15 to day 30), a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers the costs associated with the logistical handling, inspection, cleaning, and repackaging of large, industrial-grade items to make them suitable for resale. This fee does not apply to returns made within the first 14 days or to items that are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, for a full refund. In the case of faulty goods, the restocking fee does not apply, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
